1. The melamine resin panel clean door can be equipped with a glass observation window, a door closer installed at a suitable location, and an automatic lifting seal strip at the bottom. It comes with high-quality hardware accessories such as a door closer, lock, observation window, and a lifting threshold.
2. The door frame and door leaf are made from high-strength aluminum alloy with cut and spliced corners. The door leaf surface is composed of melamine resin board, which is resistant to bacteria and wear, capable of withstanding frequent disinfection treatments in pharmaceutical factories. It is non-porous, dust-free, and easy to clean.
3. The observation window features a double-layer hollow design, with the edges of the window requiring a flange treatment. The internal cavity of the window is equipped with a desiccant to ensure no fogging occurs. The 5mm thick tempered glass is surrounded by a 20mm black edge, with the glass surface flush with the door panel, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and transparent appearance.
4. The lock body is made of stainless steel with a handle that does not have any exposed fixing screws.
5. A third-party fire resistance test report for the door is provided, with a fire resistance time of not less than 1 hour.
6. The door panel is equipped with an auto-applied self-foaming polyurethane seal strip from a built-in adhesive applicator, ensuring it does not fall off and maintaining the door's sealing performance. The bottom of the door panel features an adjustable aluminum silicone seal strip.
