Double Glazed Cleanroom Window

Basic parameters and introduction:
1. Window Frame:
- The frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles, available in standard white or black paint finishes, and can also be embedded in stainless steel. Alternatively, Galvanized sheet or stainless steel is optional.
- For row windows, it is essential to specify this requirement, as the corners will be reinforced with a T-shaped aluminum bar.
- If a thickness of 100mm is required for dry hanging, this must be explicitly stated.
2. Glass:
- The standard thickness is 5mm for tempered glass, with options for 6mm or 8mm glass.(For fire-resistant glass windows, we provide a Class C fire resistance report, which covers the raw materials of the fire-resistant glass. Our company also has a 1-hour performance test report available. Screen printing options include black and white, and glass styles are available in two designs: square-outside and square-inside, or square-outside and round-inside, with a 70mm radius for the round-inside corners.)
3. Cavity:
- The cavity is filled with a desiccant to ensure that the interior of the window remains fog-free.
4. Thickness:
- Available thicknesses are 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, and 200mm. The 50mm and 100mm thicknesses correspond to the standard aluminum alloy profiles. For other thicknesses, galvanized steel or stainless steel bending is required.
