When considering the uniformity and stability of airflow, the design of the air shower can be mainly carried out from the following aspects:

Nozzle design and layout: The number, size, shape and layout of the nozzles will directly affect the uniformity of the airflow. air showers are usually designed with multiple nozzles, which are installed at a certain angle and distance on the top or both sides of the air shower.
The design of the nozzle should ensure that a uniform and consistent airflow curtain or air curtain can be produced, thereby effectively blowing away particles and microorganisms suspended on people or objects.
Air volume and wind speed control: The air shower controls the air volume and wind speed by adjusting the speed of the fan or the opening of the air outlet through the control system. Appropriate air volume and wind speed are the key to ensuring the uniformity and stability of airflow. Higher wind speed and appropriate air volume can enhance the blowing effect of the air shower, but too high wind speed may cause uneven airflow and affect the cleaning effect.

How does the air shower work?

These filters can effectively remove pollutants such as tiny particles, bacteria, viruses, etc. in the air and improve the cleanliness of the air. The filtration efficiency of high-efficiency filters is usually very high. For example, the filtration efficiency of HEPA filters can reach more than 99.97%, and it has a good filtration effect on particles larger than 0.3 microns.
High-speed airflow injection: The filtered air is sucked in by the fan and ejected at high speed through the nozzle to form a high-speed airflow in the air shower. This high-speed airflow is ejected from the top or two sides of the air outlet at a certain wind speed (usually reaching 25m/s or more). The injection of high-speed airflow can not only quickly take away pollutants in the air, but also interact with the surface of the human body or objects to produce impact force and sweeping effect.
Impact force and sweeping effect: When high-speed airflow interacts with the surface of the human body, objects or materials, it will produce a strong impact force.
